Jim has been in radio since high school (yes there were radios back then). After graduating Troy University with a Bachelors Degree in Broadcast Journalism, Jim worked for WAKA-TV in Montgomery. But Andalusia was calling him home shortly after, and he has never left his hometown. After working for 7 years at WPGG, then a 100,000-watt country station, Jim became Program Director at Fox 107. He became station manager in 2010 and continues to serve in that capacity. Jim is also a licensed minister and serves as Youth Pastor at Hopewell Baptist Church in Andalusia. Jim is married to Lynn Williams Walker of Evergreen. He has two children, Emily and Ellis Walker, as well as three stepchildren, Emily, Haley and Whitney. In what little spare time he has, Jim enjoys reading, hunting, golf and spending time with his family.

Monte brings a smile and unique creativity to the radio table. Born and raised in Weatherford, TX, Monte has 15 years of sales and customer service experience. He has a knack for graphic design and is an accomplished professional photographer with magazine published photos and several photography awards. Monte owns "Memories by Monte" Photography. When not working, Monte enjoys spending time with his family; especially his daughter, Clorissa. Monte is also a motorcycle and gun enthusiast.

Stan Houston serves as Fox 107’s live broadcast announcer. Stan is a native of Blakely ,Ga, lives in Elba and works as an insurance agent in Enterprise. Along with his many interests, Stan enjoys a busy acting career, appearing in an episode of the HBO series “Eastbound and Down”. Stan and his wife, Clifton, have two children; Emmalise and Mac.
